1. **Scope of Work**: Includes cleaning of exterior windows. interior is optional for us as a company and yourself as well; includes window sills, and frames unless otherwise specified.

2. **Exclutions**: We do not clean windows that are cracked or have damaged seals. Heavy stains, paint, or other materials that cannot be removed with regular cleaning methods are excluded. 

​

3. **Preparation**: Customers are requested to remove any items obstructing access to windows prior to the scheduled service.

​

4. **Weather Conditions**: In the event of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule the service to ensure safety and quality.

1. **Safety**: All work will be preformed in compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.

​

2. **Access Equipment**: We will use appropriate access equipment (e.g., rope access, suspended platforms). The cost of any special equipment required will be included in the quote.

​

3. **Insurance**: We carry comprehensive liability insurance specific to high rise work.

​

4. **Scheduling**: Due to complexity of high--rise cleaning, scheduling may be subject to change. We will provide notice as early as possible.

1. **Method**: We use deionized water and soft brushes to clean solar panels ensuring no damage to the panels. 

​

2. **Frequency**: Regular cleaning is recommended to maintain efficiency. We offer maintenance contracts for regular cleaning schedules. 

​

3. **Exclusions**: We do not repair or replace damaged solar panels. Any issues identified during cleaning will be reported to customer.

​

4. **Access**: Customers must provide safe access to the roof or other installation locations of the solar panels.

1. **Scope of Work**: Includes cleaning of driveways, patios, siding, and other specified exterior surfaces.

2. **Surface Conditions**: We will not be responsible for damage to surfaces with pre-existing conditions such as loose or chipped paint, damaged siding, or other wear and tear.

3. **Chemicals**: We use environmentally friendly cleaning agents. If a specific cleaning solution is required, it must be specified before the service.

​

4. **Water Supply**: The customer must provide access to an adequate water supply unless otherwise agreed upon.
